Just needed a recalibration after a front windshield replacement. I was quoted a price when I made the appointment but when I arrived they quoted a higher price but honored the price I was originally quoted. The work was done and I'm back on the road with and pleased.

The service rep, Zach, told me I had an appointment on 12/22, but when I called that morning there was no appointment. The "Emissions Service" light is back on so whatever was done original (back on 12/15) did not fix the issue on my vehicle. Very sad experience, especially for the location I purchased the vehicle from. Does not bode well for future purchases.

Everything was great accept when I booked the appointment online it said I wouldn't need a ride so I assumed it wouldn't take the 4 hours of waiting at the dealership that it did. Somewhere it should give you an idea about the time it would take based on what work you scheduled. It's mind numbing and time wasted sitting at a dealership.

I did not have an apt for my last visit, a light came on in my car as I was leaving for work, so decided to go directly to the dealer ship. They found a screw in the back tire and the fort diver's tire had a leak, the rim had come undone. They fix it all and have me out with not much wait at all, considering that I did not have an apt. Great service. Very responsive. Keep you in the loop. Video the service.
Unfortunately, they found a nail in my tire and said they removed it and plugged the hole. Same tire went flat after I got home. Took it to tire shop who informed me that a nail was still there, the head of the nail had just been removed. Cost me an additional $20.

Excellent Service. Our car wouldn't start, so they sent Joe, I think that was his name, with a jump box, he got my car started and we went back to the dealership. They installed a new battery, and because the old battery hadn't hit the 100 month mark, we got prorated on the new battery. Awesome. Everyone was kind and friendly.

When I got there they couldn't do the recall repair I had scheduled because I dropped my car off near the end of the day on Friday (my scheduled time). They also said they couldn't help me that weekend either because they don't do that repair on the weekend. I'm not sure why I was able to schedule it online if they couldn't do it at that time.
