They wrote that they rotated tires and checked brakes when I never saw any indication of this. They only copied the same ones that they had written the last time they did not do any check-ups either.

They tried to charge me $ 117.00 for a check of the charging system (battery, alternator) when one of the representatives notified me that it was only $ 20.00 for that service. They also tried to charge me for the suspension and brakes check when that is included in the multisection. They wrote that they rotated tires and checked brakes when I never saw any indication of this. They don't perform a complete inspection of my car, they told me everything it's ok when it isn't. I saw that I have one of the school absorber rubber boot broken and they not said something. They don't check and full the liquid in my car. Evetytime I take my car over ther they damage my wheels.More

After waiting for almost two hours, I was finally told they didn't have the part. It would have to ordered. I was, and am still upset about it. More than a week ago when I made the appointment, I told them it was for the airbag recall on my 2014 Mustang, which I don't drive at present because of the airbag problem. Service knew the purpose of the appointment, ergo, they should have ordered the parts. I'm handicapped and have trouble getting around.More

The don't perform a maIntanece inspection to my car. They only mount the tire and don't do a maIntanace inspection. The don't check all fluid in the car, the transfer case fluid, brakes, transmission fluid, etc.
