Didnt even get off the lot.
The salesman was very attentive when I arrived. However when I started to drive the vehicle off the lot I noticed that their was a clunky sound in the front end. I immediately turned around and parked. The salesman then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. He even told me that I could take it to my mechanic even though I lived over 40 miles from the dealership. I just was not comfortable buying a vehicle that just didnt seem right. I was very disappointed in the experience.More

I leased my vehicle for 39 months and then bought it. They put a new inspection sticker on and then I find water in the left tail lens. Made them aware of it and they stated my warranty had run out and then I found out I can't get my vehicle inspected again with water in my lens. I don't think they treated me fairly as the lens is costing me over $600. for me to fix in addition to a higher car paymentMore

I have a 15 Optima and Im very disappointed in Kia Motors. The dealership covered the spark plug coils and plugs for me since Kia wouldnt. Although I went 7 whole days without a loaner or a rental vehicle.

Hart Motors Did Not Obtain Tires until I arrived, although both verbal & emails confirmation prior to my pre scheduled appointment! This caused a 75 minute delay while they went to acquire the tires - Prior to several day pre scheduling both by 2 phone conversations and 2 emails confirming the specs , etc.More
