Was informed my tire monitor light was on due to having a low air in tire, due to a nail in tire. Asked how much to fix $30. Fixed tire. Sensor still on. Monty wanted to argue with me that I declined service. Not true. Complained to cashier who didn't appear to care. DO NOT USE SERVICE CENTER. MONTY WILL CON YOU OUT OF $$. Also tire barn will fix a nail in tire for free.More

Had them fix the transmission under warranty (wave plate) . Got the car back and it was leaking tranny fluid bad . Took it back they wouldn't admit to leaving something loose and said there was no leak. Got it home and check the fluid level it was 10 oz. low. So if it didn't have a leak they couldn't even fill it up all the way. Done with Harbor, if they can't admit to making a mistake I don't need to use them.More

I've always had great service at Harbor, in their service department, not their sales department. My favorite mechanic is Roy Walpole. I feel like he takes care of my car as personally as he would his own.
