Why are all cars non-smoking until you go look at them?
I called to see if this car was a non-smoker car prior to making a lengthy drive to go look at it. I was assured it was a non-smoker's car. After my hour drive, I found that the car smelled like a hotel room where someone smoked and they tried to get the smell out with something that smelled worse than cigarettes. The salesman was trying to be overly folksy and just left me thinking that they hire ANYONE here. Not a good experience!More

The worst place to just get an oil change from. They take your car in the back and do god knows what to it. Avoid this place at all cost because their doing things to your car to make u pay more money so they can pay for their new car wash.More

We're not sure what was done to generate such an inaccurate comment such as this, but would welcome the opportunity to discuss it. We are not perfect, and we make a lot of mistakes, but we work diligently every day to get better. At no time, would we allow any staff member at our Dealership to do something illegal or immoral. We live by, what I refer to as a Mom & Pop philosophy which means that we would NEVER recommend a repair or service to any of our guests that we wouldnt recommend.More

The service staff was friendly. For the service I had done was due to a recall issue. They replaced my ignition, the only hang up was when I received my keys back, they didn't work in the door and I was locked out and had to call roadside assistance to unlock the door. Then it took over an hour to get the proper key back.More
