I had to be the one to contact them several times to find out the status of my repair. I had an appt time of 9:30 a.m. but they did not look at my car until late afternoon and could not get the part in time for me to get my car back that day. Crankshaft Sensor should have been replaced with the work on my car and cost me a vacation day and $140 when I broke down in Montana.More

Told me I had a bad tire. I didnt want to purchase tires there so I had them put the spare on. Used my jack, didnt put it back in its case. Left it strewn in the back seat. Put the spare tire on. Didnt inspect it and set me out on it with 20lbs or pressure. Called the GM and got some things straightened away.More
