When making my appointment for my recall on my acura. The customer service rep scheduling my appointment was rude and not helpful at all. When I took my car there at 10am. I didnt get a call back to pick up my car until 430pm. I would have been waiting that long. I think their customer service overall is horrible. Never again will I take the Acura there.More
