Just because it says so doesnt mean its true
The people were very nice. But you need to remember it is all about the sale. I bought a 2014 Mini Cooper. Within 2 months I needed breaks. I had mentioned that the breaks felt not quite right to the dealership. I drive for a living so my car has to be in great shape. Now this car came with zero guarantees but the car fax said all was fine. I trusted that. 2 months later I couldnt stop. The breaks were crystallize. !! What!! The mechanic working on them said they were all but crumbling. Now I knew I would need new tires. So that was expected. But 2.5 months of loving my Mini Cooper, it started bucking and all sorts of lights flashing. I was in the middle of NO WHERE.. I needed 4 new cylinders and spark plugs. I feel that breaks and cylinders and plugs are a big deal. Breaks especially. When I left the day I bought my Mini I was shocked that all the extra costs were more then the car cost. This was a used car but not that inexpensive to me. In their favor I was called by a case manager a week later to come on back to the dealership because my costs were upside down and my contract was not valid due to a few things. This very nice man had a new contract for me to sign. I still had all the protections I could buy but configured differently cost wise. Much better. So, would I buy again from them? Possibly.. the loan mistake was caught and fixed. But I do believe their mechanics and techs knew the breaks were crystallized and the cylinders and plugs were bad. They had to. Now, with a little experience under my belt. I would have a third party check the car out. But I did believe in that car fax. All in all. .. I love my Mini Cooper.More

Saw some nice cars here. Salesman was very friendly and helpful. I offered what I thought was a fair market price on a used car and they refused. I was a little let down. Bought a car from another dealer who was willing to work with me on pricing. Sorry Honda, you wouldve made a sale if youd been willing to be more fair on your price.More
