Horrible communication. Will lie to get an appointment scheduled.
Contacted them through CarFax as there wasnt a price and it asked to contact them. After I sent the message I went to their website and saw the price at about 3k over what I could do. When they emailed back from the CarFax message I mentioned that I had hoped for it to be around my price but saw it wasnt and was ok. However the email representative came back saying they had contacted their manager and that price was not unreasonable as they had a new sale. I called later to confirm they could do that price as I didnt want to drive over an hour to waste time. She initially used the same language as in the email of unreasonable but at the end after asking for sure she said they DEFINITELY could do a deal at that price. When I got to the dealer they pulled up the info and saw that the price they had on the truck was higher and that the email representative had not documented in my file that she had said they could do a deal at my price. He listened to the phone call but seemed to ignore the part she said definitely and commented I must have missed that. He went to talk to his manager as I asked I just need a yes or no will you honor what I was told over the phone. He was gone awhile, and it seemed he was listening to the phone call with the manager again. When he came back he talked down to me trying to say how much they had in the truck and how much internet research would show I was being unreasonable with my price. Then he called me a liar to my face when I pointed out the word definitely was used in the phone call and he said it wasnt. I wish I had recorded the playback when I listened to play it for him as proof. In summary they lie on the phone which happens to be in Atlanta according to the sale rep at the dealership. They will call you a liar if you point out something inconvenient to their narrative. And they wont care to help you at all.More

When I got there no one in the service department wanted to help. I stood there for 15mins then was told someone else was helping me. I asked the serviceman how long my car would take for the recall and if I could have a loaner car. He didnt know and there was no loaner. After my car was taken to the back for service I seen my car being parked somewhere else and didnt know my car was ready until I asked another serviceman. High point will get my service in future. Worst first time experience.More
