All was well until I looked under the hood. There was some spilled oil on the engine cover. Then I looked at the paperwork and saw that they used 5w-20 oil instead of the owner manual recommended 0w-20. How will this affect my long term warranty? Otherwise, service seemed good. So, when the manager says he has his best mechanic on this, is that the best for the comapny, or the best for me?More

Found out the jeep was prior salvage title through carfax when we went to trade it in, lesson learned, never buy a used car from an individual without paying the cheap 30 some bucks to check car fax, we lost 7k due to bad title selling/trading our jeep in on a new fusion hybrid. Never buy without seeing current Car Fax!More

Service was good, but that service includes a tire rotation whether you need it or not. No decrease in cost if you don't want [need] the rotation, so you end up paying extra for nothing.
