Not happy at all! A $200 detail turned into over $500 Having to pay for my windshield wiper motor burning out and them saying its normal wear and tear and since my car was a 2009 model things like that happen.... they said its not anything that they did that caused it! (Strange) It worked right before I brought it to them. Manager said any type of discount was out of their hands since the person we needed to talk to was out till Monday. (Serviced on Thursday)More

Clint Newells service person could not find the problem. So they called me to come back to show them the problem. I drove to exit 129 and the car acted up all the way back to the dealership. I was assured that it could be fixed. Several hours later I was called and told that nothing could be done, because the mechanic could find no problem reports on the internet. I was told that I had to take the jeep back to Lethal motors. I said why they are not going to fix. Then i was told I could take it to Eugene at my own expense.More

The service advisor was, as always, on top of the services truly needed and limited to the items that needed service. On top of that, the technician performed a careful inspection of the car, and I was asked if I wanted to add some service items based on what he found during service. The car should be able to go a very long time before needing further major service. This was a totally satisfying experience.More
