Went in for a recall, they found my filter defective. Recall was done filter was replaced got the truck back sooner than expected all in all I'm happy with the result.

Was charged an enviro/supply charge for programming a key. I don't know why it's not like they cut the key all they did was program it. What environmental factor is there for programming a key. The key was cut at a different dealer in Stevens Point, WI.More

Took it in to replace sway bar bushings (that I already purchased), dealer refused, said could not replicate problem. I bought the parts, and they refused to honor the warranty. Same thing with a very strong coolant smell - could not replicate. I've already sued Chrysler once, successfully, over this car and breach of warranty. I'm not afraid to do it again.More

-able to get in next day-car was ready within a few hours-car is under warranty and there was already a door handle issue on the Carfax. We were therefore expecting the problem to be resolved without charge-blame was placed by Brenengen on Honda or wherever you got it even though the Carfax reported a Ford dealer replacing it last time-issue was diagnosed as a bent piece and bent back-the fix was done without saying what was found or that there would be out of pocket expense involved.More
