Brought my car in to have service on airbag due to recall. Advised them of the recall they never checked for it. Called back to see why air bag light is back on they said that it would be $110.00 for them to check.

I would give 5 stars if it didn't take about 3 weeks for one part on back order to be received. The collision team is great, and could've got the job done in about an hour, but had to wait on 1 part, which was ordered the exact same time the others were. In my opinion I feel it's a racket and needs to be addressed, because it's bad enough for any customer to have to deal with the stress that's comes with an accident that's beyond their control, then have to deal with a game like this.More
