An older facility in a mature commercial area, the dealership has been upgraded with a new service lounge. The recall allowed me a loaner--not the Forester I'd hoped for, but a rental from across the street. The work took 5 hours, and was completed on time. A car wash would have been a nice added touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating. All in all a pleasant experience.More

I brought my car in after it overheated with a smoking hood. The diagnosis from the service department was for a radiator replacement and transmission oil flush, and after $1188 and 1 week time frame, the work was completed. Upon picking up the car, I noticed the Bird Subaru Oil maintenance sticker was passed due and not updated. The Master Technician Edgar and the Assistant Manager Garcito, both lied and claimed that the oil was fine. It puts doubt on the way the services are performed.More

Subaru owners, do yourself a favor and skip this dealer at all cost, they drove my car around for over 70 miles for no reason since all they had to do was to replace the brake light switch, they scratched the front right side bumper and tried to tell me the car had the scratch when I brought it in, they charged me for the use of the loaner even though it was their fault and to make things worse 5 miles down the road the warning light went off again meaning they couldnt fix the problem.More
