I had two recalls on my 2017 Dodge Ram 2500. One was addressed a week before the second one. The second one required a few hours at the shop. Great service. It was ready when they said it would be. All done!

They checked me in quickly, and provided fast services. I was in there in under an hour. Also, the guy or service tech knew I was in a rush and made sure I was taken care of.

2nd trip here. 1st. time I waited while I thought they were replacing my Tamara airbags, only to be told 2 hours later that they didn't have my parts. The 2nd time they called to make the appointments after they had the replacements. I also called the day before the appointments to double-check. I was in and out in 2 hours. Couldn't tell they had done anything, so they put everything back the way it should be.More
