Horrible customer service from head of department named Glenn. After small escalation I was told, you know there are other Subaru dealerships to go to.... Replaced passenger air bag due to recall, took a few hours to complete. Left inside of car kind of soiled and grease pen type marks on drivers side from door to rearview mirror.

TOTAL FAIL Both the Customer Service rep and the Service technician failed to recognize the error of having the spare tire on the front of the vehicle instead of the rear. It was the next day , when I was reviewing spare tire operation in the owners manual that I saw it clearly stated 'Do not put the soare in the front. Instead rotate the full size tie to the front and put the spare on the rear!More
