Thake a advice, dont take your care for Maint Cheks or any maintenance to Audi Beverly Hills!!!! Those Technicians are not certified by Audi,they are Mikey Mouse just like any Jeffy Lube. I dropped my vech for a TACATA airbag recall and I picked it up with a big expensive fault on Trasmission TCM and running in 3 cylinders, found out some one pulled on the spar plug coil and those are easy to get damaged!!! The TCM module start faulting when you slammed in Park when the car is rolling !!!!More

Trust me, they dont check tires because mine were 5-7 psi below factory spec and my car had been there 3 times in 4 months for separate issues. They just write it in the service record to comply with the law without actually doing it. Thats suspect and makes me question their integrity when it comes to service in general. At least they give nice loaners. They have a whole Audi loaner fleet!More

Worst experience from any customer service industry. I brought my car in with a failing battery ( the service coordinator tested and said oh yes its the battery) but we have to charge $235 diagnostics to tell you what I just told you. Thats fine Audi is somewhat of a luxury so you have to pay for it. I also mentioned the brake pedal felt soft and rpm sometimes were radeling at the low end. The service coordinator says that will be another $235 per issue. $700 to plug the car to a computer cheMore
