2000 JEEP WRANGLER
I bought it because I always wanted a Jeep. I used is as a daily driver and off-road sometimes for fun. It's a nice Jeep. The interior is well taken care of, and the exterior looks and performs great with all of the upgrades.

2001 JEEP WRANGLER
I bought it to access the better kitesurfing launch sites on Hatteras and to do a little beach fishing. Great car. Very fair value and trade in at Barefoot Motors.
1990 JEEP WRANGLER
Great find. Runs great. Needed a little TLC in the interior and a couple cheap parts but the engine and trans is solid and will run another 200k

Used Jeep Wrangler Information
The Jeep Wrangler is the most well-known of the Jeep models and is a direct descendent of what is considered the original offroad-based machine and sport utility vehicle, the Willys Jeep of World War II fame. The Wrangler is currently in its third-generation and is immediately identifiable to most Americans for its style.
The Wrangler utilizes a body-on-frame design with rigid live axles at front and rear and a fold-flat windshield. The doors can be removed on most Jeep Wrangler models, as can the roof and some side panels. Various models of the Wrangler have differing focuses in terms of capability, use, and size. Most Jeep Wranglers fall into the compact SUV class.
The Willys MB became popular as a civilian model in the post-war United States as the federal government sold them as surplus to the veterans who'd loved them during the war. Seeing an opportunity, production of the vehicle continued with the first civilian-only models appearing on the market not long after the war. The Jeep CJ eventually took over for the original MB design and was then succeeded by the Wrangler, which had become a revision of the Jeep CJ-7 in the 1990s soon after Chrysler purchased the Jeep name and designs from American Motors.
The Jeep Wrangler is the most international of the Jeep nameplate's model lineup, appearing in many countries under various designations. Currently, the Jeep Wrangler (known also as the JK) is made in the United States and Egypt. The Egyptian version is the J8, a version of the Wrangler Unlimited model made for military use.
In the United States, several civilian versions of the Jeep Wrangler are sold to include the Wrangler Unlimited, Rubicon, etc. Specialized versions of the Wrangler, such as the Wrangler X, are made for specific purposes and fleet sales (the X is used by the U.S. Post Office). The current-generation Wrangler was introduced in 2007. Many in the industry expect to see an update to the current model in the next year or two.
