2012 HONDA RIDGELINE
We were looking for a small truck for my wife since we moved to rural IN and the RidgeLine seemed to fill the role. Found a loaded 2012 with 12k miles on it and the 7 year bumper to bumper warranty. Paid 27,500 for it not including taxes from an individual, not a dealer.
The RidgeLine has some dated touches to it but not a dealbreaker. Dash setup a bit old school and clunky. Far reach to radio and other knobs and the steering wheel is too far from the driver as as I am concerned. I hate reaching out to the wheel. Ride is pretty good and highway wind noise is what you expect from a truck. Easy to park as its short compared to the F150 four door I wanted.
Back seats are comfortable and flip up, giving you a lot of room, more than you would expect
Its kind of stumpy looking (ugly, actually) but the reliability reports from Consumer Reports were superb. Has a locking trunk under the bed which is surprisingly large and VERY handy. It stays dry too. Does exactly what we wanted from a truck, other than the gas mileage is not good, even for a small truck.
Hope it helps.
2013 HONDA RIDGELINE
Owned one for 8 years before somebody totaled it. Didn't have any major issues with it. Reasonable price for 4 wheel drive. Also carries 5 people comfortably. Love the rear trunk
2006 HONDA RIDGELINE
Awesome truck with excellent comfort and very quiet. Seamless tranny and lots of storage. It is an excellent truck, I love it.
2006 HONDA RIDGELINE
Bought from a friend. Use it for hauling my stuff. Impressed about everything on the truck. I would definitely advise people looking for a truck that this truck is the one to buy.
2010 HONDA RIDGELINE
Love my Ridgeline, great ride and just enough truck for me. Easy to maintain and not bad gas mileage for a truck. Only negative is the visibility when parking
Used Honda Ridgeline
In its very first year on the market, the Honda Ridgeline won multiple industry awards and was voted #1 Truck of the Year by Motor Trend in 2006. With the Ridgeline you get the rugged outer looks of a traditional mid-size pickup truck with all the interior comforts usually reserved for an SUV. It could be the perfect fit for an adventurous family of weekend warriors.
Generally classified as a sport utility truckÂmeaning a cross between a traditional pickup truck and an SUVÂthe Ridgeline has four doors and a sizeable 250 horsepower V6 engine. It also has an automatic four-wheel drive system that adjusts to road conditions on the flyÂproviding the stability you need to stay safe in slippery situations. While it features moderate cargo space and amenities like an ice chest, the covered Ridgeline cargo bed is not designed to haul more than 1,500 pounds as its dent-resistant frame is built more like minivan than a mid-sized pickup truck.
After launching in model year 2006, Honda redesigned the Ridgeline for model year 2009 and 2014. The updates to the Honda Ridgeline have been largely being cosmetic in each of these instances. Start your search for a used Ridgeline for sale with 2009 if you want to take advantage of those redesigns. For example, the Japanese auto manufacturer added alloy wheels and technology upgrades like Sirius XM Satellite Radio.
The Honda Ridgeline reached its peak popularity in terms of sales between 2005 and 2007. Honda reported that 2014 is the last model year of Ridgelines being produced. Through no details have been released, Honda has indicated a plan to overhaul the design and launch a second generation for the Ridgeline in 2016.
