2005 AUDI S4
B6 S4 has a timeless shape. There's simply no other car besides B7 S4/RS4 that meets the flowing criteria: v8, awd, sedan, manual transmission. Luxury sport compact sedan with infamous Quattro, manual transmission and that 4.2L V8 - what more could you ask for. This car makes a perfect year round daily driver. I mostly use it for my daily duties, some spirited drives on Tail Of The Dragon as well as some real fun at the track and occasional trip to a nearby strip for some quarter mile passes. This car really knows it's way around snow. I've been through several heavy North East snow storms and it plows like a tank no matter what the weather throws it's way. The B6/7 S4 is reliable if properly taken care of. So don't think you could skimp out on regular maintenance and get away with it like you would on Toyota. Take care of your car properly and it will of you 365 days a year, I guarantee it! Best advice I could give to prospective buyers is to do you homework before you get into something like this German high-performance sedan. Research and really get to know what you're going to commit to. Good luck and have fun with this beast!
1992 AUDI S4
I had been dying to buy this car for a long time, and jumped at the chance when one became available. This UrS4 is known for being one of Audi's most reliable vehicles. Some of the experts I've spoken with since purchasing it have described the I5 engine as "virtually indestructible". Naturally as an older, uncommon vehicle, maintenance is going to be on the expensive side, but if well-maintained, it's not likely to break down. My only complaint is that the gas mileage leaves quite a bit to be desired (I average about 15mpg with all the modifications - downright Jurassic compared to late models). Overall I'm very happy with it. It feels very solid on the roads, the quattro is God's gift to Seattle drivers, and all the interior trim is made of high-quality material - a real step up. Even at 22 years old, the exterior is still a great looking car. Would buy it again in a heartbeat.

The Audi was almost perfect for a ten-year-old car. The interior has seen -some- use, but it is really quite nice. I looked at six other cars like this, and this one was BY FAR the best.
2012 AUDI S4
This car had a really good price for the options. The supercharged V6 is absolutely the best engine I have ever had!
2012 AUDI S4
Brilliant German engineering, everything has been thought out and perfected, smooth, fast, outstanding gas mileage, and much better looking than any 4 door in the industry.
2013 AUDI S4
Traded in a BMW 335XI that was falling apart with only 50,000 miles on it. The Audi has been great. Zero issues. Vey quick, very responsive, phenomenal in inclement weather. The interior is way nicer than the BMW. The standard stereo is horrible though, at least the sound quality is. The MMI is great, and functions very easily. The 7 speed dual clutch is good. Not as good as a PDK but close. Feels a little laggy when starting off and waits way too long to shift into first when left in auto mode., but works great in manual shift mode and bangs of shifts super quick. The steering is a bit, electric. It doesn't feel as precise or as connected as the old hydraulic systems but it works fine. I usally set my personal settings to everything "Sport" except the steering I set to "comfort" as it feels quicker. The sound is pretty good too. Interior is quiet enough depending on the tires used and the engine in "sport" mode makes some cool noises with pops and burbles upon shifting. Cant hear any supercharger whine which bums me out, but some people may prefer that. The only thing i wish is that Audi had performance upgrade options you could purchase that wouldnt void the warranty. And the big "oh no I didnt know" when purchasing... If you buy an S4 with winter tires on it at time of purchase, the car will be limited to 130mph top speed for life. You can flash it and get rid of that, but it will void your warranty. This bummed me out. The car has so much power it will do 130 in 4th or 5th but the limiter kicks in and it wont go beyond, when it clearly has enough power to probably hit 170mph plus. Most people will probably never even get above 130 but here in Nevada when we take trips across the state, there's places you can set the cruise control at 120mph and just steer, so "opening" her up from time to time is a possibilty here, so it bummed me out the first time I tried and it stopped accelerating at 130mph. My old Subaru would do 155mph.

Great car, it is an older Audi, and like any older car it will require some work. but going into the car knowing that it has been exactly what I expected!
