Used 2014 Mercedes-Benz E Reviews
2014 Mercedes-Benz E
I purchased a CARFAX report because I found a Mercedes E350 Convertible in another state. The car had less than 1,300 miles, with good photos, at a reputable Mercedes dealership- but I still worried I would be blindsided when I arrived in Texas. The report stated no accidents reported at the specific mileage on the odometer when I arrived. It showed the car was serviced once and had one previous owner. The report also showed it was $150 above retail which gave me some negotiating room. Since it was virtually a brand new car, the additional history wasn't as important. But, the report also will show if there is airbag deployment, structural damage, total loss, odometer rollback, accident, manufacturer recall and warranty information. There is a detailed history of date vehicle is initially sold, registered, and where it's titled. I think for someone looking at older vehicles, CARFAX is essential to piece of mind.
