LTZ is a great vehicle, very happy with the purchase. We like the ease of push button rear door lift and the pudh button to lower the second row seats.

We bought this vehicle when we were still needing to take our two daughters on ski trips to VT, travel to softball tournaments, and move belongings back and forth from college dorms (and we still needed a roof pod!). We were able to negotiate a pretty good deal because at the time gas prices were rising quickly, the economy was tanking, and there was a surplus of these vehicles. All in all it has served us very well. Environmentally, maybe not so much; Avg. gas mileage is only 16 mpg. We still have the vehicle because we are now lugging goods around to farmers markets; otherwise we would likely opt for a mid-size SUV . We no longer need/use the rear seats, which conveniently can be removed -- but then they have to be stored someplace. I've heard that they can be a target for thieves, despite their size and weight. I've actually thought about selling them. The OnStar feature is useful, especially if you lock yourself out. The phone service often works where normal cell service will not, but the minutes are expensive and expire if you don't use them within a year. As each year goes by and the trend seems to be toward smaller, more efficient vehicles, it feels more and more like we stand out on the road. Sometimes it's a good thing. Having been struck head-on once before in a Jeep, I definitely do feel safer on two-way roads where there is no median. In fast moving congested traffic. However, a 6,000 lb. vehicle is just not as nimble as a smaller one -- quick lane changes are neither easy nor recommended. We now have approx. 95,000 miles and have not had any major repair issues. Something to look into: for a small business, I think there may be a tax incentive to buying a vehicle over 6,000 lbs.

Just replaced my 1999 Tahoe for this one no big deal love GM always.
