BMW 3 Series
The 2008 BMW 335xi is the most fun car I've ever driven (and I've owned 14 cars). It's sporty, classy, sticks to the road like glue, and is very fast (when you need speed). The 300hp engine has proven so successful that it is still being used on 2014 BMWs six years later. Since the body style is almost the same on the 2008 as on the 2014, you can't beat the value of buying a 2008 BMW 335xi for about $17,500 (in excellent condition and loaded with options). I highly recommend this car.

I bought this as my first car, because I was offered a deal and wanted a German car, and I love it! I use it mostly to get around LA when it's too far to bike, and besides the great craftsmanship, I'm impressed how solid it feels on the road, which makes me feel totally safe. Love the RWD, the PS, the look and the leather interior. The sound system is off the hook. For a car that age, it has amazing automated "skills", i.e. windows, radio buttons on the steering wheel, chair adjustments, heated seats, AC... Love the moon roof, too! I absolutely *love* that when I do parallel parking that the outside window adjusts by itself, so I can see the curb - genius! (And then it goes back to its original position!) I was really lucky with this deal and feel like a million bucks driving it! (OK, fine, you have to use Premium gas, which is a bit more, but I use the app "GasBuddy" to always find the best deal, so it's worth it!)

I was looking for a car for my son, a BMW 300 series or 500 series. Thanks to CARFAX, it showed me so many salvage cars on the market and led me to a one owner 328 model that was cared for. Thank you CARFAX.
