I had other plans for the afternoon so I came in early to chance the possibility of getting the oil change early. They were able to get the oil changed early and gave me more time later that afternoon. The service was great, everyone was pleasant and easy to work with.

Service department suggested I replace my radiator because of a leak, $600+. I check regularly, no drips in driveway, ever. Same recommendation for my grand Cherokee 2 months ago because of low fluid in the radiator. Never saw any antifreeze drips in a car kept in the garage 12 hours per day.

Dropped off because of overheating. Under warranty. Took a week for them to even look at it. Disappointing to say the least. Of course after sitting for a week they couldn't replicate the issue. Now I'm supposed to take it in AGAIN when it is overheating.

friendly service writers. Have not looked at the 'electrical repair' under the car but I wonder how a few feet of wire and 2 or 3 shrink wrap pieces can cost $50 for parts. NOTE: No other parts were listed on this invoice! Labor cost was comparable with local rates. Time to repair reasonable.

The 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Larmie I bought needs work on it because Dick Meyers mechanics took the codes and erased them for the fuel pressure sensor. The a/c compressor broke before I could even leave the lot. At least they did fix that. I would NOT recommend Dick Meyers to anyone. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Service Staff very friendly. Only issue is the airbag warning light keeps coming on. Service Dept. checked it out and cant seem to narrow down the cause. Thought they corrected it, however the light came back on about a week later. Will have to schedule another Appt. This will be the 3rd time going in for this issue.

Another great service experience. Its the only dealership I have ever been in where the owner walks through and checks to see how customers are while waiting on service. My air bag recall was taken into shop as scheduled and completed a little faster than they said it would be. Completely painless experience.

I took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for a recall issue, and my Jeep has been stalling out when put into reverse from a cold start. Everything was fixed in just a few hours, and there was no charge for the repairs. The stalling issue was resolved by flashing the PCM, which was under warranty. Great service!
