In the report of recommended repairs Rockwall Ford identified the problem as a death wobble but refused to repair unless I paid the $4,000 tab. This is a recognized issue Rockwall Ford refused to fix.

The dealership knew the reason we were bringing the car in. When we arrived at 7:30 am, having had to make arrangements for a second car and driver, we were told the didnt have the part needed. They would have to order the part and reschedule the appointment. They said this was the process.

Gary was great. He took care of everything professionally and made sure he kept me informed about the timeframe until completion as I waited in the lobby. The tire swap went great, but the front end alignment on the Mach E was a bit more difficult than normal cars, so he made sure to let me know the tech was working on it, but there were additional steps needed to complete it that extended my wait. I appreciated the communication.

I have been coming here for a long time. Never had any issues. This time, someone dropped the ball and I waited three and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to go ask where my vehicle was and the keys were right there. My advisor had left and didn't tell anyone. But the other advisor took a hold of the situation and all was Good! I will be back.

I dropped my my car at 9 and waited, when I noticed a couple of people that came in after me left. I when outside and noticed that my car was parked in the complete area. It was around 11:30. When I walked over to the tech that took my order had to look up my order. He had no clue it ready, even though he knew I was waiting for the order to complete.

Not good at all. They replaced the battery that did not need to be replaced. They were suppose to fix recalled parts. They had my car for almost 2 weeks and did nothing. But supposedly changed the battery. Funny thing is the car won't start.. it's not the battery, battery cables or alternator. They refused to listen when this was already told to them. VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH FORD.
