Several Hardware and system alerts were activated when I received my car back after an oil change. At first they said it was just the battery because it was so low. But after I replaced the battery all of the alerts were still there. I took it back in and they were able to successfully clear all of those alerts.

This was the most disrespectful dealership Ive gone to. The salesman didnt even have the car the car that I was looking to buy when I showed up after driving an hour and half to get there and then started showing me cars I couldnt afford. When I did find a car in my price range there was an abundance of hidden fees. Salesmen told me he would loose his job if I didnt buy the car totally unprofessional i am never considering them again.

The person working with me could have been a bit warmer and friendlier. The prices are very high! I paid close $400 for regular maintenance service for a more than 6 year old car in great condition. The cookies were nice and the coffee still warm so that definitely helped with the waiting period.

The paint work was done well. Considering that the work was done on Toyota's dime, I am not going to complain about the lack of follow-up. If I was paying for service at this Toyota dealership, I would recommend they keep customers informed on the status of the car, if they find extra areas that need to fixed, was the work approved by Toyota head quarter.
