Make sure you check your free oil change they have on file from the purchase of your vehicles, they expire and you're not notified. Make sure you check receipt to see if what your service provider says is done was completed, stated replacing inside air filters and didn't.

The wait time to see a service advisor and the wait time to have my car serviced (oil change) was too long. I was there approximately three hours. They rotated my tires and when I got my car back two tire caps were missing. The inside driver door and mat was dirty, oily. This always happen after service. They never clean up after themselves.

Our service advisor Zurisadai lacks the customer service experience. He took our car and failed to follow up for 4 datas. If we didnt call we would have never known the part was not initially ordered. The repairs were not starting when we took the car in. Took 3 weeks to get our car fixed just to be told its was the wrong part. We will never recommend Friendly Chevrolet to anyone!

I had to take my car back 3 times. Ecm, spark plugs, O2 sensors, fuel injectors. I also called to speak to manager never heard a word back. I have spent thousands of dollars at Friendly Chevrolet. Not a Good Experience.

Zuri has always been great and helpful. Nevertheless my 2019 Traverse has the same oil leak for the 5th time. I wish the owner or a real manager get give a permanent solution.

Service department forgot to place wheel lock back in my truck. Also did not connect vaccum line to air filter housing.

I'm so sorry to hear that. This is not what Friendly Service wants to deliver. Please stop by anytime and let's get you a wheel lock so that in case something happens you're not stranded. Also, I would like to see the hose they left lose or off would help us in our quality control meeting. Thanks for letting us know.

The truck was returned with all the indicator light. The truck was return and the panel was fixed. However, 1/2 tank of gas was used to fix my truck when it did not require the truck to be driven. I complained and received no response as to why 1/2 tank of gas was used.

With an appointment I waited 1:45 minutes for an oil change. No car wash, no vacuum. Wondering what's the point in having an appointment. I was looking forward to the truck wash and vacuum but that wasn't offered from the Friendly Chevrolet concierge service. But, it was free.

The customer service and communication in the Service Department is pathetic. I called their Service Department phone line for over on hour and no one ever answered it. I finally had to call the Sales Department to go get someone in Service to pick up the phone. My vehicle was here a week for a check engine light and in that week, the first service advisor was "no longer with the company." The 2nd person has been off for the past 2 days. So, drop your vehicle off and it just sits for a week. Plus, they didn't change the oil or do the tire rotation... in a week! What a failure and disappointment.... People rely on their vehicles to make a living and this place has zero concern about that. Employees need to start getting fired there and the first ones that need to go is whoever is running their Service Department!
