Took my 2018 Acura TLX SHAWD twice for service. 1st was for the front end shaking. 2nd was for a wheel alignment. Ryan is the best. The mechanic couldn't mimic the shaking. But Ryan took his time until they finally found what was causing the shaking. They fixed it and my acura runs great. Thks Ryan.

Nice job with the front sway bar and alignment. But reason for the 2 star. I have been going back in forth about my noise from my wheels in the front, for over a year now. They keep promising when they replace the sway bar the front control arm the noise would be gone. Over 7000 dollars later Im still dealing with the noise from my front wheels. Horrible

Never brought my vehicle here ever, yet the dealership keeps randomly adding services completed to my CarFax history with no detail or mileage update, very peculiar and incorrect. Makes me wonder why they are entering services into their system on vehicles that havent been in their shop? My best guess is that must have something to do with the way corporate Acura perceives their location.

My experience with Elite Auto is that they are the best place to take your Acura. I have a 2003 MDX with 350,000 miles and a 2014 MDX with 120,000. They are professional, friendly, and I trust them with my vehicles, they are the best in south jersey.

I thought i was saving money by going to a tire shop to get the TPMS Wheel sensors replaced on my mdx, however the sensors the tire place put on were not compatible with my MDX, I again had them replaced at Elite Acura (which was cheaper) and took the others back for a full refund. it just took 4 days when i should have went to Elite Acura in the first place.
