Coolant was full before I brought it in. I had several issues fixed as well as 100k mile service. My coolant was bare, practically empty. Luckily, I had coolant at home. If it had been a leak, surely that would have been addressed with the other issues found.

Thank you for leaving your review. I looked into your recent service. I apologize for the issue. It looks like one of the repairs you had done, required us to drain the coolant. I apologize that you had to top off the coolant after your repair. It is possible that the vehicle had an air bubble in the cooling system that purge after you left. This would explain the low coolant. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

There was a problem with the supply of oil for my Ecodiesel truck. They failed to let me know they were out when I scheduled my same day appointment. I did not dind out until I showed up. The service manager apologized and was able to get the oil. He had two service techs stay after hours to finish up my service. These guys are top notch.

I did not see when the service was performed but it was quickly. I asked the service person whether the tire pressure was and he said well he did not put any air in the right rear tire because I took the car there with tire light on and reading 30 lbs pressure and when I left it reading the same. He claimed that the tire light will go out and it never but the next day i did it myself I considered the service was poor

We appreciate your response and will take corrective action. Under normal conditions, the low tire indicator light will reset when the tire pressure is correct and the vehicle driven a mile or so.

Fabulous COVID-19 procedures. My steering wheel, gear shift, and seat were covered in fitted plastic protective sleeves. Did not have to come within 6 feet of any person. Was able to pay by credit card over the phone, and they left the keys in the car for me.

I will drive the extra distance to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere. I was told repairs were covered under warranty but when I went to pickup my keys, they tried to charge me for a diagnostic fee that I was told twice was covered. Then, when I went to actually get my truck after hours, it wouldnt even start! Same issue I took it in for. Got the runaround and excuses. Took a battery in myself and took my truck home. What a joke.

Brought in for engine repair. Was quoted $1000 for suspension and $400 for suspension install on parts that weren't even factory. They wanted to swap out the upgraded parts that only needed bushings with completely new factory parts. The reason for upgrade was lift geometry. This would have made my geometry much worse and caused more problems. Changing the bushings myself before alignment.

Very friendly staff, though service is expensive. Also, dont expect a multipoint vehicle inspection with service like most dealerships. Just checking whats wrong with a car costs extra. If you buy a car there they include maintenance for a period, otherwise take your car elsewhere.

Service and customer attitude was great. Being a car guy I always check everything after someone else does the job before me. I had an oil change and checking the oil level, seems like they over filled. Not good! Guys I'll be doing it myself for now on.
