Service techs are always great. My intake customer service guy failed to notify me when my car was ready, however, so I waited much longer than usual for an oil change and tire rotation. Had to go ask the service rep if he'd forgotten about me. Then suddenly my car was ready.

Tried to go in for our change, bur too many other services seemed to be focused on. We knew we needed oil change but service kept recommending too many other non essential jobs. Explanations were not clear. Recommended a tire patch?? We did not get, turns out we had a nail in tire. We had to bring back in.

There was a problem in the beginning with getting the warranty service which apparently was due to some snafu in internal communications, but when the service manager discovered the problem he went way beyond fixing the problem. He gave my wife (it's really her car) five star VIP service. I highly recommend the service department of Toyota of Vero Beach (Kia service also).

Car was serviced 3 weeks prior to rotate and balance tires due to some wear showing per service tech. Needed new battery 3 weeks later and was told tires were dry rotting so needed all new tires. Cannot believe I spend $200+ on rotate and balance when I should have been told I needed tires at that time. Then, of course, after the new tires were mounted, they needed to be balanced which I had to pay to have done.

Went in to get an inspection on my abs sensor and full all over diagnostic. I had no shaking from my car before going there. Left with my engine feeling like it was going to fall out of my car and ended up buying a whole new car because of it. They did no work supposedly. All I did was go in for a diagnosis.

I contacted the dealer regarding 2 cars advertised on Carfax.com. The first car they told me was unavailable even though they led me to believe it was prior to coming in. The second car, they said was $3,000 more than what was advertised on Carfax.com and that they were not responsible for Carfax.coms error. I left without a car even though I was willing to pay cash! Very untrustworthy people.

Had normal oil change and tire rotation service free. Was going home and tire pressure light came on. I pulled into tire kingdom and all four tires were very low on air. Seems strange that the tires should have been rotated and one would think the air pressure would have been checked before I drove off Toyota site ????

Very aggressive up sale pressure in the service dept. Tried to sell me almost 3 thousand dollars of work. Car had a complete inspection just 3 months prior and everything was OK. beware! Then, when my oil change was done and the service writer said my car was ready, they "lost" it! It took 15 minutes to "find" where they parked it!

My experience was with Vero Toyota and it was unpleasant. The check in man pretty much told me I was lying when I said my car had not been washed. What kind of customer service is that. He was pretty rude from the start. I was told a manager would call, I've now been waiting 6 weeks. What a joke that place is. Very disappointed, will never return.

Bill C. did not come to me and tell me what else was needed to be taken care of. After the tech fellow completed a 7 or 6 point inspection, I was not told of the few things that needed immediate attention. Unfortunately, I learned of them AFTER I was home...35 minutes from Sebastian to Toyota on US 1. Not good follow up. Should been done on site while I was still there.
