Not happy at all I went for an oil change. they took 2 hours. Then the tech said I had 8 different things that I needed for my car.. So I took my car to a special cert. tech. some place else and they said that was all wrong that toyota told me. :(

I went last December to fix my AC , I paid 2600 dollars after 3 months I have same problem, I went back last time they told me it was fixed, I'm still having problems with the AC .I'm still paying Sunbit the bill while the AC is not working. Don't know what to do. Very sad about that!!

They were not interested in diagnosing the problem. Used excuses to try to inflate the amount of work to do without an accurate diagnostic. Additionally, they dismissed as normal a defect in the brakes pass that were repaired in that same dealership a few months ago. I don't expect other dealerships to be better, but I would stay away from this one.

When i did the service to my car at 20.000 miles. I tried to talk to the manager Matias Silva just to know if the car was ready. And his answer was very disrespectful. The guy scream at me saying I DON T WANT TO TALK WITH YOU. It s incredible that the manager of the Toyota can be so disrespectful with the clients.

The salesman( peruvian) was awesome and he wasnt pushy. He is the owner of three toyota vehicles and i( being a previous toyota owner) didnt need persuasive sales tactics when i made the cash purchase. I would recommend family/ friends to his good listening skills.

Floor mats were not installed. Was promised to have them at any time during the week. Confirmed the day before, and called once again before heading over since it was an hour drive. Once I arrived, I was informed they needed to be put on order. It's been over 2 weeks since I purchased the truck.

James is very attentive and always very helpful. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about back of the house. On paper it states all fluids were topped off. Luckily I had a car detail right after the service and it was pointed out to me that my radiator fluid was dangerously low. I should not have to double check the techs work. I should be able to trust they did the work that they claimed was done on the vehicle.

It was a big surprise to me since I did not even visit the dealership but the carfax has updated as if I visited the dealership and had some service. I trusted carfax but now I know the information on carfax is not always trustworthy. Toyota of north Miami provide untruth information on carfax. Quite disappointed.

Terrible. I supposedly received the mileage service. The next day I went on a road trip. The day after that my tire light came on and I had to go to a dealership in North Carolina. All my tires were low. I said I just got it done and they said maybe they forgot the tires for them to have all been so low. I didn't get a new sticker on my window so I don't know if that is the last time I get the included service. No communication.

Great customer service. Mr. Ledon Bramwell in the service dept. goes above and beyond of my expectations. The service driveway attendants are also amazing. The parts dept. cashier Armando was also amazing and the cashier was very nice with smile. So all of the team is "Awesome". Thank you to all of them.

Worst place to take your car for service, technicians will do whatever they can to be lazy and save time. Oil messes, dirty interiors and even services marked as completed when they were not. My car has a permanent oil stain on the headliner thanks to this hacks. Avoid like a plague

Based on a diagnostic to determine why my MPG dropped from 18MPG to 13MPG, Toyota told me I needed to change my spark plugs. That cost me over $900. I was not given a printout or the old spark plugs. AND MY MPG IS STILL 13 MPG. THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE AND I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR NOTHING.

Horrible experience, drove 50 miles for service because I was told that missing secondary vehicle keys will be provided upon service. Showed up and service manager was clueless regarding missing second set of keys on vehicle purchased 3 months ago. Never ordered, total was on my time because I could have serviced the car at a dealership near me. Avoid this dealership at all cost!

The worst service i could have received. They made a mistake twice with the loan and instead of apologizing, a manager called Nick Riviera who threatened me and cut off my phone. Additionally, at this moment I am waiting for a refund of $600 dollars that Toyota charged me by mistake, but I still have a week waiting for the refund. I would not recommend it even to my worst enemy.
