The service was performed without issue and the advisor had provided timely updates. The pricing on the other hand had gone up 27% from a year ago. In addition the service intake area was partially under reconstruction thus the drop off and pick up were a challenge.

Brought my car in for the 3rd time for the same issue. Paid for another diagnostic. They said it was a broken air vent. I got smart and asked for the old one back when they replaced it. Sure enough, nothing was broken on the old part. Still have the original problem. Feel like Larry Hopkins Honda keeps ripping me off and is not interested in fixing the problem. I've lost all confidence in them :(

I wasted my time going there. They would not do the recall service I arranged for and charged me an absolutely ridiculous amount for the service they did perform. They are understaffed, and people in the office couldnt be bothered to look up to talk to me when I had a question. I probably wont go back unless I have to for some reason.

The job requests was completely filled. Wait was a little lengthy (almost double the time from a 9:45 am appointment to an estimate of 12:30 pm completion, did not see my car till 2:00 pm) and according to mechanic he said it is due to how busy they got. I did not see evidence in the waiting area if customer turn over.

I brought my Civic because of air conditioning system failure. They fixed the problem without fee under Hondas extended warranty which we had not known. I get my car serviced there for maintenances and it really paid off. My advisor was Adrian and he explained about the extended warranty which would still cover my car for 3 more years. I really appreciate their honest and friendly services. Thank you!

My AC was not working for a week. The service advisor Adrian Vasquez is very nice. Your technician found the problem and got it fixed on the same day. I am really appreciate for their works. That is reason I have been used Larry Hopkins Honda for my car service for the last 12 years.

I waited for almost an hour before the adviser came to ask for the service needed for my car. As the quality of service, I've been coming to this dealer for years being the closest dealer in my area than the dealer I used to have my car service was farther.

i went there to re-program my keys. they charged 233$+ for a new key and programming. i gave a blank key i got from amazon and asked them to program it as well. they cut the blank amazon key , but said they could not program as it did not have a battery . i expected them to replace the battery and program my blank key as well .
