Service was great; faster than promised. However, I question the integrity of trying to sell me a set of tires when the current 40,000-mile tires are less than 2 years old and have only 24,000 miles on them. I get it they are on sale and trying to upsell.

Oil change, inspection, tire rotation. I had an appointment and waited for my car. I was out in an hour. I didn't have a car wash as I was advised not to go through car washes, only hand wash since we have the paint protection coating put on. Can't say that was worth it, swirls in paint. Don't recommend that on new cars.

My Jeep was randomly turning off and giving me prompts that the hood was open, and then put me thru the instructions of restarting the car. Pretty scary when this happens on the freeway! My service advisor Chris listened carefully to everything I said, took plenty of notes and had my car ready to go in a day! Very friendly and efficient team. Thank you so much!!

I had to return to the dealership after getting on the freeway. Brendan greeted me at the door. He listened and understood my concern. Within a few minutes I was back on the road again. they always have coupons on thier website that allow me to service my car for less that the quick change oil places (full synthetic change for $50). Can't beat that. Also, the service is performed quickly as I'm typically in and out in under an hour.

You know it bothers me that I have to verbally compete with the service people at the desk having social conversations amongst themselves. It seems as though I'm an inconvenience to them planning their lunch or dinner. It's also bothersome that there might be two or three people at the counter just hanging out, but I have to wait for the one and only guy who can help me.

My service provider Craig went above and beyond to ensure that my battery was covered by my powertrain warranty that had just ended 1000 miles before my battery died and jeep had to be towed into that service center. Seriously incredible service that I doubt you could get anywhere else.

I don't know why the service department schedules appointment times when they don't follow them. Last time I was there for four hours. This time I was there over 3 hours. That's a long time for an oil change and rotate tires. They should follow appt times better or not schedule them at all.

Expensive for nothing. I was charged around $250 for a diagnosis/inspection and then they charged me $600 more JUST to remove something to inspect it for the problem/solution to cost over $6000 which is like more than 4 times expensive than the part itself.

Fast, friendly service. Had my oil changed in less than 45 minute wait. My wife bought her Jeep from Tempe Jeep. She was having issues with her remote fobs. We live closer to the Superstition Jeep location and has had nothing but problems from them. She's making the drive to Tempe from now on.

Received a service bulletin from KIA to have the software updated to prevent thefts. 2 trips to Tempe KIA and they still can't do it. The KIA tech support center insists they should be able to accomplish the upgrade but Tempe KIA service seem to be stumped by this task.
