Get CARFAX Reports

It’s important to have a mechanic check it out

The carfax showed a clean record, unfortunately the vehicle was likely involved in an unreported accident that messed up the steering. The mechanic had to replace the steering box, pittman arm and now the steering wheel. While getting a CARFAX report is a good idea, it’s also important to have a mechanic check out the vehicle before buying.

  1. It’s good to see that CarFax is coming around now to seeing that each vehicle should be thoroughly checked by a certified technician… There are several mobile inspection companies out there that have these types of technicians but only one of them will lift a vehicle onsite – that one is Test Drive Technologies – Find us on Facebook – /tdtautoinspections

  3. A history report cannot tell the buyer the CURRENT condition of any component and system or accurately tell the vehicle true history.

Regardless of what make or model of used vehicle you buy, or if you buy it from a dealer, individual or online, or if it’s a certified pre-owned, the #1 reason vehicles with existing problems are purchase is the buyers’ inability to determine the true condition of the vehicle.

A pre-purchase inspection is the most important part of the buying process.

However, when getting a pre-purchase inspection, most buyers don’t know the difference between an “ASE Technician” and an “ASE Master Technician” and a “Body & Frame Specialist”. The differences will affect the quality and comprehensiveness of the pre-purchase inspection.

The differences between automotive technicians can be viewed at “UsedCarInspections.ORG”. This is a non-profit consumer site filled with helpful tips and information on how to select an automotive technician and what type of information you should receive from a pre-purchase inspection.

  4. Thank you, I’ve recently been looking for info approximately this subject for a while and yours is the greatest I’ve came upon till now. However, what about the bottom line? Are you positive concerning the supply?|What i do not realize is in fact how you are now not really a lot more neatly-preferred than you may be right now. You are very intelligent.
