What Web sites qualify?

Web sites that are related to used vehicles generally qualify to participate in the CARFAX affiliate marketing program; however, we reserve the right to reject applications for any reason.

We do not work with Web sites that:

• Are incomplete or under construction
• Do not have unique and worthwhile content
• Are not relevant to our core product
• Promote sexually explicit material
• Promote violence
• Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Promote illegal activities
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Link to other sites with any of the above

What is the cost to join?

Joining our program is free and you can leave the program at any time.

What is the commission structure?

You will receive a 20% commission for each CARFAX Report sold through links on your Web site.

How do I get paid and how often?

Once you earn at least $50 in commissions for a month, a check will be mailed to you. If you do not reach at least $50 in commissions within a month, your total will be carried over to the next month.

Checks are mailed out every month for the previous month's transactions. Commissions are paid within 30 days after a month closes.

How do I track my sales?

Log in to your CARFAX account at any time to track your sales and earnings.

How do I get started?

Review the CARFAX Affiliate Agreement and then complete the online application. Once your application is reviewed, you will receive notice via e-mail of the application status. If your application is approved, we will e-mail you instructions on how to proceed. If your application is rejected, you will be notified via e-mail.
